Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped with our Premier Shipping partner DHL which provides shipping to our esteemed customers. Depending on the location of the shipping address, our delivery times are between 4-7 working days. Please note that:

1. Your shipping address needs to be complete. Any incomplete or incorrect shipping address will not be covered in the shipping times. You need to inform within 12 hours of placing the order of any changes or corrections in the shipping address. Please note that you must provide a Zip  code for our shipping partner to deliver the items successfully.
2. Your shipping address cannot be a post box number, or a commercial address – bank, restaurant, hotel etc. Due to the high value of the package, it is advised that you provide your home address for successful delivery. From our past experience, we have seen a high rate of packages being lost or misplaced or even stolen. Therefore, make sure you provide the correct and complete address.
3. In cases where you own a commercial location – your storefront(e.g. Cafe, salon, office), please make sure that you track the parcel to know the approximate time it would be delivered and make arrangements for the same.
4. If your location is access controlled(such as apartments), the package will be left with the concierge services or as per the standard practices followed by the courier company. Please note that as a customer, it is your responsibility to collect and secure your package.
