We will accept returns as long as you ship us back even empty jar or bottle of the products of the first purchase. However, please note that deliberate misuse of this policy will make this policy null and void, and would disqualify you from claiming refund. Please confirm your skin is not allergic by doing a patch test. If your skin exhibits any unusual interactions/results stop using it immediately and contact our support through any of the methods we have described on this page. Return all the contents in the original packaging.

- Refund process would be initiated only after our return team has verified the state of products returned. In case of discovery of any restricted actions as mentioned in the terms, the refund request will be marked as disallowed and no refunds would be approved.
